Become a Member

If you are interested in joining the church, please email Pastor Mark Bigelow or use our contact form.

The first step to becoming a church member is to attend worship and other programs of the church. All people are welcome at our programs. The most important step toward membership is to become acquainted with the church and to get to know the congregation. When ready, prospective members attend a church orientation class that is held twice a year. In the congregational tradition, members of the church covenant to support and challenge each other on their faith journey. When joining, new members affirm their belief in God as creator, Jesus as our teacher, and the continuing presence of the Holy Spirit in our lives. Joining the church does not mean that anyone has all the answers; it means that we covenant together to pursue the questions within this congregation.
